Originally founded in 1968 as Andron Realty, we've proudly been serving Floral Park Queens, Bellerose and the entire Eastern Queens Community, as well as Floral Park Nassau, New Hyde Park and the entire Western Nassau Community for over four decades.

In 1987 we made a course change and joined a national franchise, making us the areas first franchise real estate office. At that time, becoming a part of a national real estate franchise offered broader marketing possibilities, then only available thru such a relationship.

Today, advances in marketing technology allow us to far surpass any avenues of marketing that was available in 1987.   Additionally, changes in the ways real estate is bought and sold, has allowed us to reanalyze our evolving industry as well as consumer needs.  As a company that continually strives to best serve its clients while attaining their real estate goals, understanding these changes and their benefits has led us to make another course change that we are very proud of.

We have now become a part of the ANDRON REALTY GROUP family of real estate offices.  With multiple offices owned, operated, and controlled by the family that has owned it since its establishment in 1968, and with new avenues of marketing and exposure, we now have the ability to better tailor the marketing plan and promotion of each individual property, allowing us to serve each and every client with the attention to detail that they deserve.
